Do male and female orgasms feel the same?

Completely different feeling. Male orgasm is a "burst" Not to sound gross but quite often before a girl reaches an orgasm she feels like she has to pee and when a girl confuses this feeling she might never reach one. Girls orgasms typically last longer than guy's too.

Oh and btw.. females should answer how they feel and males how they feel. That is the only way we will be able to tell and compare

I've always been told that female orgasms are much more intense and longer lasting than male orgasms, and can be felt (in a sense) all around the body. Male orgasms feel great but only last 7 seconds max. and only 'take place' in the penis (mostly, anyway). Obviously, I wouldn't know what a female orgasm is like.

Since both men and women have densely packed nerve endings in the genitals, we get much the same sensations of pleasure, warmth, and tingling as our bodies reward us for reaching orgasm. I think the main difference is that in men, there's perhaps a greater sense of urgency to climax, and ultimately even greater sense of satisfaction when we do, because we have this fluid inside us that we're desperate to ejaculate out of us. I say this based not only on my personal experience, but on what I've read women who squirt say about their ejaculatory orgasms--that the muscle contractions they feel in their pelvis at orgasm are all the more satisfying when they are pushing fluid out rather than just pulsing for the sake of pulsing (any female squirters here can perhaps weigh in). Women on the other hand have much greater capacity for multiple and/or longer-lasting orgasms so that's the trade-off. Guess best of both worlds would be to be a woman who has perfected the art of attaining ejaculatory orgasms :-)...

I think this is almost impossible for anybody to tell...unless you are male and female and somehow you get an orgasm with both sexes

How could anyone possibly know the answer to that? All I know is that I can have multiple orgasms and my hubby wishes he could too! We both had an orgasm this morning and although I don't know how his felt and he doesn't know how mine felt...we both know that we felt GOOD!

No my understanding is because the male organs are on the outside he enjoys it better than the female does because hers are on the inside..
