i think its really cute how its messy wavy and looks really soft.
the top layer of my hair is like this when my hair dries from the shower
but the bottom layer of my hair is not...at all... its like puffy and wavy....
i dont want to do anything with my hair at all this summer
so i want to find a way where its still cute but i dont have to do anything with it.
any ideas??????

you dont want to use mousse on the botm of your hair or elses it will get crunchy(unless you use one that is not so strong.) I would reccomend Sunsilk (the green bottle). Its great!

Well after your hair dries naturally, clip the top layer up, and apply some smoothing cream to the bottom layer. Curl all puffy hair with a 1 inch curling iron. Let top layer down and curl any goofy pieces off of that layer. Spray lightly with hairspray for hold. It will still be soft but look textured and messy. This style should not take that long to do.

here is how I would think...
1. curl it with a curling iron
2. put hair spray on it
3. use you hair and scrunch it
this might not be the best way but... you can try!!

what you could do is before you go to bed, braid your hair. So, then in the morning it will look similar to the picture.
