Yes, it is completely normal to still have feelings for him, even tho he hurt to in more then one way. It is hard to let go of someone. Something inside of you misses something about him. But i ensure you! You will find someone else, he will treat you right and will never try to hurt you. When you start getting to know this new guy will will find likes and dislikes, Try not to compaire them to you ex so much it will only make matters worse. Instead enjoy the time with him and once you get to know him better you will see there are better people out there. I am not saying this guy will be the one but you will never know until you give him a chance.
Try not to think about what went on in your past, its the future that matters.
