Take him to the vet, now.

Don't wait, don't call just take him in and let them know what's going on.

If there is blood in his stool, that's a big danger sign.

If he's eaten chicken bones, it could have punctured an organ.

Take him now.

Oh , chicken bones are the worst thing a dog can get a hold of,but I am sure the dog will be able to digest it. You might want to give the dog, a good hard dog bone to eat, and maybe that will dislodge what might be inside of your dog. Oh, the poor baby, I love dogs and I had a big one for 14 long years, and the one thing I did, was not let him near any chicken bones. Let the Vet check your dog out, and I am sure everything will be OK. PS. Chicken bones are pretty soft, and I am sure the dog chewed them up real good, but if it continues, the Vet will X-ray the dog to see if there is indeed a bone in the intestine. No Worries.

He's had diarrhea for two days and you still sit there?!

If he has blood in his stool he needs to get in to the vet NOW!! Stop wasting time on the computer, get off your butt, stop your whining (and keep him indoors at this point so he doesn't get into any more bones!) and get your dog to the vet. Those bones can cut him up inside. Dogs are not supposed to have chicken bones - they can kill him.

And for heaven's sake, get a book and learn something about dogs since you have one.

If your regular vet is not available, then consult an emergency vet. There is no excuse for not getting him the help he needs. If there is blood in his stool, he is already being cut inside. And it is his RIGHT BY LAW to receive proper medical care. To deny him that is abuse. Now MOVE!

TAKE HIM TO THE VET ASAP....
Blood in poop usually means an Ulcer. When you take him to the vet they can check for many things....take a sample if you can (I know that sounds gross) Don't worry too much. Dogs have pretty strong stomachs. My dog ate a dead bird and he is perfectly fine. I've been told NOT to give dogs bones because they easily splinter...Rawhides are better. Good luck!

It's possible he may have an obstruction. Alot of times when they have diarrhea for an extended amount of time they will irritate their bowel and you will get a bloody mucus around the diarrhea. But with you thinking that he may have a chicken bone stuck somewhere you should definately go get him checked out to make sure.
