can we face each other and know that we were meant t obe together as couples, families, singles? what ever turns you on within reason that is. If later on down the road you feel the need to be with someone that you didn't have a relationship with then it is up to you to make sure that that person is first your mother and your father.

no man is a island. and in this world we need each other. as for the rest of what you said i don't have a clue as to what you are talking about. for i know that before my mother and father died i had a good relationship with them they were my best Friends at times. but my wife of over 40 years is the one that matters the most to me and she the only one that counts in the long run. as long as i have her all is good in the world

Sorry, I can't agree that "all" we need is each other. I need a personal relationship with my Creator though Jesus Christ.

"Thus says the LORD: "Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart turns away from the LORD. He is like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see any good come. He shall dwell in the parched places of the wilderness, in an uninhabited salt land.

"Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose trust is the LORD. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit."

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it? "I the LORD search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds." Jeremiah 17:5-10

If all we have is each other, we are doomed indeed.; "For Jesus would not entrust Himself to them, for He knew all men. He did not need man's testimony about man, for He knew what was in a man."

All fellow humans do is betray and deprave. No one is trustworthy but Christ Himself. Even in marriage, without Christ as the foundation, it is not true love.
