The only time I got food poisoning I was puking for a few hours straight so I'm not sure you have it.
Check with a Dr. or just look online for the symptoms and you might find out what it is you really have going on.

Not much. Just drink lots of fluids, since food poisoning causes throwing up. This happened to me years ago. Drink the fluids slowly though. The stomache is very sensitive at this time and needs a gradual fluid intake. Soup is good too.

If symptom persist longer than 1 day, please go to a doctor.
Make sure to drink plain water.
Try to eat plain toast, saltine or ritz crackers or pretzels.
The combination of the water, carbohydrates and salts will help keep your body from dehydrating or getting chemically imbalanced.
The above foods will also help to settle the acids in the stomach.

If you don't have Ipecac, which will cause you to vomit up the bad food, and Mother Nature hasn't done it for you, then it's "gag me with a spoon" time. You gotta get the junk out of your system.

what you should really do is drink lots of water and try not to eat junk food until you get better but if somethin else works too then try that but hope my way helps any....
