Well I would think it should be a lot less then the applehead because a deerhead chihuahua is far from standard and usually poorly bred.

My husband and I bought a 'deer chihuahua' two years ago directly from a breeder. Including papers, the total price was about $300
Although the organization may not recoginze a 'deer chihuahua' as an actual breed, this is just a term used to describe a chihuahua that is slightly taller and less apple-headed than the standard.

A deer headed chihuahua is one with a incorrectly shaped head. It's defective.
ONLY an apple shaped head is correct. From the AKC Standard:
'Head
A well rounded "apple dome" skull, with or without molera"
Unscrupulous backyard breeders breeding the defective "deer" head will try to scam puppy buyers into thinking it's something "rare" or "special". It is neither. It is a defect.
