I for some reason remember what i dream allmost every night, but the the funny/weird thing is that I usually can influence what i am going to dream about, if i watch a movie its 95% sure i am going to dream about that movie all night, usually whit myself in some sort of roll in it. And quite often i feel like i can "control" if i whant to dream about something special aswell, etc. gf, adventure, travel and such.

What you're doing is called "lucid dreaming." It's a way to control your dreams. I've done it a few times, but I'm not sure if it's healthy. Dreams emerge from our subconscious, by changing them, we never really bring our deepest thoughts and fears to the surface.

Sure. Heck...outside influences can sometimes get in. I've heard a family member or someone on tv saying something while I'm asleep and it ends up in my dream.

As a kid I once started dreaming that my hand was cold and bloody...when I woke up I almost panicked for a sec because it still felt like it. Turned out my hand was under my cheek and I'd slobbered all over it. LOL

this is a very lucky skill you have im not very good at remembering so i rarely remeber my dreams, however if i hae something big going on in my life such as in this moment in time im going through a really crappy patch with my girlfriend and every night i dream of her flirting with other guys and sometimes kissing them also if im very happy about something my mind isclear and i dot dream but if i dream of my girlfriend i tend to find it difficultto sleep and wake in a cold sweat.

but i envy you however on the movie/dream front i would love to dream of some of the movies i watch. i someties dream of books i read just before bed.

God bless

I'm sure you can "think" your way into dreaming...but one thing I know for sure is that eating late at night usually triggers nightmares. You sound like you have a very active imagination. That's a good thing. Sylvia Brown wrote a book on dreams (as others have) and it's very enlightening.

Its your mind, of course you can control your dream. People just have the so much belief/investment in the power of outside influence that they are amazed when they find their decison is equally if not moreso influential over their own selvs.

Yes. It's too complicated. I just know you can. Read up on sleeping books, it's in one of them.
