Why do you have to make straight As? I finished my Masters with honors. All A's. If I had to do it over again, I would not have studied so much. It seems my employer didn't really care about my lofty grade point average or honors certificate either.

If you are willing to destress, try yoga. It takes a while (a few classes) to finally chill and relax, but it's the best feeling. You will also learn breathing techniques that may help with stress when you are not practing yoga. Try it.

Good luck

Drop out of that class. If you have lost so much weight, try eating lots of chocolate. But don't do anything to make yourself more stressed, like drugs and alchhoel.
