and we are both underage so i cant until get it until next year it really is unfair that i have all the resposibility and he still partys and has girls over i need help if i should get him for child support or just keep my dignity?

Wait until you get your child support then leave him. He obviously doesn't seem to care for the baby or you. Maybe you can get married and the baby will have a dad but don't get married to him.

Being involved in a child's life is more then just how much money you can get out of him. yes all children have needs, but if he doesn't want to be involved then leave it be. maybe your child will be better off without him. Child support is a couple of bucks, I'm sure you can take care of your child on your own, and I'm sure you have the support of your family. You might be alittle jealous because he's still living the good life, but you picked him, and now you have to deal with the consequenses of what has happened. Love your child, be there for him, and let him know who his father is. maybe he will come around. If your both underage then maybe he still has some catching up to do as far as responsibility. If you want to waste the money you do have dragging him through court then that's your choice. I have 3 children whom I support alone, and I'm married. Yes I'm married, and I support the whole family. If we divorce would I go after him for money no because I know that I can take care of my children myself.

This is not just your responsibility it is his too.. I do not care if he do not see you any longer, make him pay for the care of his child...you did not get pregnant alone.. If he say he did not want a child HE should have known what could happen when you both had intercourse. WHY would your family not want you collect support from the sperm donor he sure is not a father just donated the sperm during that heat of passion the 2 of you had. I also want you to be prepared if he do pay up and NEVER see his child.. DID you get a DNA to be sure it is HIS or do you know, this is another reason they do not pay if they are not sure but it is not an excuse to skip out on the care of the child.

I have a close friend with an issue like yours and she took my advice.
Obviously your babys father has not yet realized he has a child. He is still acting like nothing happened. From day one, he needs to help you take responsibility for your son.
Having a child doesnt mean you cant have fun, but it doesnt mean you ignore your child and act like the world doesnt exist. Why would it matter if he has girls over unless your living with him? Are you two still together?
I think you should file for child support no matter what his attitude is, that way you have backup support for your baby. Most men try to wine and dine you so you wont go file for support but dont be stupid. File for your child. If he isnt helping you on his own, Uncle Sam will show him how its done!.
You can still retain your dignity! Your son will grow up to lose respect for his Father because he is already acting like a deadbeat. Think of your childs future, not his.

What kind of a father would rather go party and have girls over instead of playing with his somewhat new son? He seems really immature to me. You should tell your childs father that if he wants to be a part of his kids life, he needs to give some support, it's not cool that all this is put upon your shoulders.

How is not getting child support going to help your dignity? You kinda gave up that when you spread the ol' legs for a guy who doesn't love you, squirted out a kid, and let him dump on you. GET THE CHILD SUPPORT!
Child support is not about YOU or him, it's about giving the CHILD the money it deserves. The child did not ask you and your idiot boy to knock you up and deserves better than you alone can give it.

i think of a guy and a woman could desire to be the carriers for there infants constantly,yet I constantly theory if a guy or woman,starts a clean existence that different guy or woman shouldn't suggestions tacking up the resposibility.the youngster will finally end up calling him dad or step/dad.howdy be solid and don't teach him you prefer help.besides enable him spend the money to circulate to his son,and if he needs him on trip journeys do no longer p.c.. any outfits enable him purchase it.This message is for the guy that excepted you and your son.Do you have scientific coverage?Please be the extra desirable guy or woman and furnish the coverage for the youngster.

When he turns of legal age, go for the child support. Don't even tell anyone, just do it.

if he's such a jerk, do you really want him part of your life? with child support also comes visitation. maybe just call it a day and take care of things yourself. it's hard right now but you have family and if they support you and the child you'll be okay.

dont matter if your both under age,you can still get child support,way most judges see it if your mature enough for that then your mature enough to support your child.as for your family,its not there choice,its yours
