they say its Massachusetts everyone gets low to free health care i want to know How? they still send bills?

Really? I though that what happened is they have a new law that requires everyone to get insurance. Theoretically, this would pressure insurance companies to create lower priced plans for people who don't get insurance from work. However, the law does not require low cost or free insurance.
