I suggest you try eating more foods that contain potassium, which is good for your muscles and preventing cramps. Potassium rich foods include bananas, kiwis, melon, apricots, milk, yogurt, many meats and seafoods, and potatoes with the skin.

Yes they can pull muscles but since this is happening every time you go for a walk this is something else. They could have either a cruciate ligament issue or some kind of hip dysplasia starting. Get the vet to do an xray to help determine what is going on.

many things could be causing you to pull your muscles. I think you should see a doctor of orthopedic medicine . They can examine your body and find out what is causing this problem.
