I'm hungry- behgopah [배고파]

Jp has it right, too.

You can also say baegagopayo [배가고파요], but that's in a respective way, if you were to say it to elders.

Hmm... It doesn't seem like 애교.. Usually when incorporating 은 into the verb (like the 픈) it signifies a change in topic.
