You might have a urinary track infection. Go to the doctors and they will make you pee in a cup and test for it. If it comes out you do have it, they will give you medicine to clear that right up and stuff to make it not hurt when you urinate. =)

This could be one of several problems:

1. Prostrate infection. I believe it would have to be very protracted (long time) to cause the back pain.

2. STD. Could be one of several different maladies.

3. Non-specific bladder infection.

4. And (this is all from personal experience) the one I think most likely....Kidney stone. I've had them in the past an experienced symptoms much like these.

In any case you need to see a doctor. The quicker the better!

Sounds like a kidney infection. Those are the symptoms I usually get when I have had them in the past.

aw i'm sorry it sounds like a uti (urinery tract infection) had you had sex? that is a common cause of it. best thing to do is to go to your doc or emergency care clinic asap. i hope you feel better, if it is a uti i know it sucks!
