shall I run or save Microsoft PowerPoint viewer?

I want to download powerpoint viewer to my pc so I can open some email my sister sent but I don't know which one to do, run or save.

If you 'save' it, you will still have to install it. That's good if you are downloading a strange file and want to virus check it first. In this case you can just use 'run'. It's a known Microsoft program.

When in doubt, always Save. You can always run the Saved program later.
