I think he should go to jail for contempt of Court. I also believe he should be investigated as thoroughly as possible to find out what The Hilton Family did to get Paris out of jail. This has a very rotten smell to it. And if it turns out they bought him off then they deserve jail time also.

I think he was bribed by the Hilton familiy. No proof, just my gut feeling.

I don't think the family paid him, but they should investigate.. The order was very clear on what the judge wanted and he ignored the order completely.. He needs to be fired.. He's an imbarrasment to California.. I also think that Paris Hilton should sue him for mental anquish over having this circus going on back and forth to jail... Its his fault..

Personally I think the judge should hold the Sheriff in contempt, as the DA suggested.
Not sure if that will ever happen.

I hope a serious and talented investigative journalist gets their teeth into the affair. I promise you there is a big story here. In my view the whole mess stinks like pay off and bribery ought to stink.

It's possible the sheriff saw a liability law suit in the making if she was that badly upset, through withdrawal or whatever. A more appropriate action would've been to have taken her to a hospital.
