well it's not you appendix because the pain would be on the right side. your spleen is on the left, or maybe a gall bladder attack, but those almost feel like a heart attack because of the pressure. You could try the symptom checker on www.webmd.com It will give you a list of possible casuses and potential reasons to make a dr. appt or go to the er.

Pain is a signal to you from your body that something is wrong. This sounds serious to me. If you can't afford a doctor, there are free clinics. I would say, go IMMEDIATELY to a clinic or a doctor. If your appendix should burst or if you're having trouble with another internal organ, it's going to cost you a lot more than the price of a doctor's visit in time, money and pain.

As Elaine said, pain is a sign that something is wrong. If you are in that much pain, you really need to do something about it. I understand the issue of money, but you need to put your health first. I recently broke my leg and I have no insurance. Obviously it is NOT cheap to have this taken care of but in the long term, it will cost me more if I don't. Please take care of yourself and go to the doctor. Most doctors will allow patients to make payment arrangements if they cannot pay for their bill. Just ask.

try some gas X. you would be surprised at how often this happens. i'm not making fun of you, i worked in an ER and saw this happen. consider when your last good BM was and was it normal? have you eaten anything that causes gas?
Good Luck and i hope it is something just something like gas. i wouldn't be thinking this way except where and what you described in your question.
