My big toe on my left foot has been in pain similar to as if I stubbed it. I haven't though. This pain has been there for the last two days. When I pull the toe back, it hurts. Is this gout?

It could be a number of things:

Gout
PseudoGout
Arthritis

go and see a doctor, get a blood test for uric acid levels.
This is the only way to truly know what it is.
Just see a doctor before trying anything else..

If it is gout then you can control it. You will have to start now.

See a doctor this is the first step and an important one.
If prescribed any drug ask about their side effects and also look the drug up on the internet to see its potential dangers.

Gout is painful and will only get worse as you get older unless you get on top of it now.

good luck

It's possible that you have gout. It's also possible that it's an ingrown toenail. An ingrown toenail will cause pain like what you are experiencing. I recommend you see a Podiatrist, foot specialist, and have this checked out as soon as possible.
