First, call the vet. I know it's after hours but there are emergency vet offices open. Are her gums a sort of greyish pink? That indicates heat stroke. Will she drink water? If so, give her a small bowl of water (cereal bowl) with half a teaspoon of salt in it. That will help her retain the water she takes in. Only let her lap a few times. DO NOT give her a giant amount of water! If you do she can end up with a stomach tortion.

The hose is a good idea. Putting her in a tub of cool water doesn't generally help because the hair mats down and holds in the heat. Use the hose in the underbelly/groin area because there are major blood vessels there that will help to cool the rest of the body faster. Once you think her body temp is dropping, stop using the hose.

These are helpful hints but don't take the place of the vet. She'll still need to go. Good luck!

Call your vet. In the mean time get some towels and wet them down with cool water ring them out and wrap your dog in them. Keep her covered in the cool towels until she starts to resond. This is the way we cool the dogs down after we have a training meet. It works but it will take up to 1/2 hour.
Call your vet.

Take her to the vet. The vet can give intravenous, cool fluids. When you use the hose, it only cools on the outside, but the vet can cool the inside... go now !

If you think that, then why are you wasting time on the computer??!!!

Get off your lazy butt and stop making excuses and get your dog to the vet NOW. And don't whine and tell us that you can't get in, because there are emergency vets that can see your dog. And don't make the excuse that you can't afford it either. If you can't afford to properly care for your dog, then you have no right to have one. Besides, it is his RIGHT BY LAW to receive proper medical attention and to deny it is abuse.

Call your vet immediately. She could die or suffer brain damage. Continue to cool her- call the vet NOW.

Do not wait until morning. Call the vet's number and do what they say to do in case of emergency.

THIS IS AN EMERGENCY.
