Temporary Battery ends are another corrosion place and poor connection that may end up damaging your alternator. The wire harness you want wraps around the engine to the starter and has the solenoid wire oil pressure switch wire and others in one part. It will take you with jack stands and floor jack about one hour and a little cussing to replace that harness. Disconnect the negative and positive terminals and start the process. Pay attention where the old harness is clipped to brackets and try to clip back all the clips right where they go. run the wire first hook up the ends battery positive terminal last then clip the harness down.
