"shipping and Handling" sounds like you are dealing with a specific business you are buying off of. So be careful, because it is whatever they decide to charge, and sometimes it is expensive. You need to go to the fine print and find out what it is before you make the order. Or, if you can't find it, ask them.

Uh, you might tell us what you are sending and how much it weighs. And what is "handling"? That is what is charged by a certain company and you would have to ask them.

but...you have to pay import taxes. I think it's like 7 percent.
