Your question makes very little sense. What exactly do you want to record from your PC to the DVDR? games, movies?

If you have content on your PC, it is already stored, so get a DVD (recordable) drive on your PC and record/store whatever you want.

Most DVD recorders have only S-video, or composite video inputs. The quality will be pretty bad if you want to take the video output from your PC and record it on a DVD-R using S-video; but it certainly can be done.
