I don't think there is any passage that states that explicitly.
Some that convey the thought might be:

"No temptation (or the Greek word also means testing) has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted (tested) beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.
I Corinthians 10:13

or
But now, this is what the LORD says—
he who created you, O Jacob,
he who formed you, O Israel:
"Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.

For I am the LORD, your God,
the Holy One of Israel, your Savior;

That saying is not in the Bible. But it's origin is. When God brought the Israelites out of Egypt, they came to the Red Sea and Moses touched his rod to the water and it parted and the Israelites passed through but the sea engulfed the Egyptian soldiers. That's where it comes from. If God brings you to it (The Red Sea) God will bring you through it (parted the waters.)

Cindi, this passage is not in the Bible. But, one of the reasonings behind the statement could be that when God brought His people Israel out of the bondage of Egypt.

He brought them to the Red Sea, He pulled it aside and brought them through it.

It's just a way of using God's mighty power into a clear view of what He is capable of doing for us.

God Bless You

It is not in the bible. There are many passages of hope though. the Psalms are full of God's mercy and his leading David through tough times. It seems to be a theme in many of them.

Good luck in your searching!

Although commonly found in email forwards, this saying is not in the Bible. Some sources attribute it to Robert Schuller.

That's a saying of man, not a Scripture. It's still true, and definitely presented as a concept in Scripture, but not directly stated that way.
