It really all depends on your body and how bad your skin is. If you're talking pimples and oily skin then no. I doubt drinking a lot of water will help you, I would suggest a good face soap. Other than that yeah water is good for your body and skin.. Don't go over board you can die from drinking too much water. Weird I know but true.

drinking water is good for the skin & keeps it from drying out, moisture replenshed. It cannot cure acne or clear up a rash etc. If it's acne "Proactive" is the #1 choice (it's like gold in a bottle). If it's a rash either see dermatologist or use some hydrocortizone cream & you should be clean free!

YUP! Start drinking more water and choose healthier choices and your skin will be glowing. Enrique Inglesias's ex girlfriend? (the tennis player) was talking about how important it is to drink plenty of water and eat lots of greens. she did it for a couple weeks and her skin improved drastically. it also flushes out toxins in your body so it's better for your body also!

hi, i at present (approximately 5 months in the past) got here upon the Water treatment as devised via Dr. F. Batmanghelidj and that i won't advise it surprisingly sufficient, it fairly is magnificent. it fairly is fairly easy, purely drink 8 8 oz. (250ml) glasses of water in keeping with day, the water would properly be faucet water or no count number if it fairly is yukky on your section then use a Britta clear out or comparable and place 2Litres of this water in a jug, upload a million/2 a teaspoon od sea salt (one hundred% organic sea salt, no anti-caking brokers etc) stir properly and drink 2 glasses a million/2 an hour earlier breakfast something unfold over the day (drink each glass down as quickly as poss. i.e. do no longer sip it over a volume of time.) the only different ingredient you're able to do is cut back out ALL caffeine and alcohol. As your well-being improves you will discover which you have extra ability and that's superb that then you definately use a number of it to stroll a minimum of a million mile in keeping with day as this could velocity up the technique. i understand this feels like a loopy theory (a minimum of I nonetheless so, when I first heard approximately it) yet then i became fairly undesirable (Diabetes, Sleep Apnoea, Fibromyalgia) and depressed so I nonetheless supply it a pass,no longer something to lose. interior of a few days i spotted an progression, interior of each week others observed a metamorphosis in me, now I don't have from now on melancholy and the painkillers I used to could take on a regular basis are a ingredient of the previous (properly no longer completely, i think of I actual have taken approximately 6 - 8 painkillers via fact first week i began out as antagonistic to eight in keeping with day!) In Dr. F. Batmanghelidj's e book "The physique's Many Cries For Water" he explains why even nonetheless nutrition C is powerful for you, ingesting too lots orange juice isn't. I actual have greater in well-being via fact beginning and that i've got began from an extremely undesirable place, while you're fairly healthful and decide to strengthen your well-being then it could be much extra dramatic in its advantages to you. i'm no longer in any way affiliated with the water treatment human beings purely purely am advocating it via fact without it i wouldn't be nevertheless around. good luck.

Drinking water won't cure acne but it will help your body flush toxins out of your system. Sweat & urine are ways we get rid of toxins/waste. So drinking an adequate amount of water makes it the easier for your body to do this.
Water also helps keep your skin cells plump & hydrated.
