I am an Athiest and there is a young lady on this earth who has druidic style beliefs who I would lay down my life for in a heartbeat.

Ive always had a hard time with the "die for someone thing"
I think if someone died for me I would feel so guilty and I wouldnt want that.
So other than my children who have yet to elect a faith..I most likely would not die for anyone.

I doubt if your grandma would appreciate your dieing!

It is much better to live with our loved ones in mind.

I would definitely be willing to place my life in jeopardy to save my family though. I do still think of that as living for them though as it would not be my intention to die in the attempt.

If you create hypothetical situations keep it in mind that they are hypothetical and reality is always different.

I would die for my younger brother who claims to be angostic even though he accepted Christ as Savior when he was a child and maybe someone who is Jewish or a Catholic friend of mine.

Considering that Christ died for everyone while we were still sinners with no guarantee that we would turn to Christianity then we should be willing to do the same for anyone.
