i hope this makes all you people that don't do anything against the law happy now. I am ashamed of you all. The judge should be hanged at sunset, for lies, unusual cruel treatment. I am sure he has never been out drinking and then drive home. Want to know his name? How about the name of the officers who do the same thing. Got a couple of names of Texas Rangers too. I am sure you all take cabs home. What jealousy! You make me sick to my stomach. See how the law lies? Do as I say, not as I do!

Lol, yes, now I am very happy, cause I just proved my point to a friend. I told her there were more bad people in the world than good. Compassion has died, just like I knew. Thank you very much for making my point!

I am ashamed of you!!! Why are you backing up a person who thinks the laws don't apply to them. Furthermore, what did she ever do to become famous or be rich besides simply being born!! Her parents seem to have forgotten a little thing called parenting. Also, she wasn't just drinking and driving, she violated 2 terms of her probation on different occasions (one where she was let go) which is a mandatory 30 days for each offense. Also, she was going 70mph in a 25 zone which is reckless driving which also has a mandatory minimum. Obviously you don't know what you are talking about!!! Here's a little bit of information for you, my uncle lives in Michigan and a couple years back he was cited for a DUI which was his first offense and he received 1 year in jail. Therefore, the judge was lenient with Paris. All I have to say is there are teenage girls that look up to Paris who happens to be setting a horrible precedent for them. The world would be a lot better off without the likes of Paris Hilton. Finally, for once justice has not catered to the rich!!!

I'm very familiar w/ the goings on here in LA and w/ this lady.
First of all, many people, spend 1,2,or 3 days in jail - for being 'suspected' of driving drunk. Did this happen to her? No - she got a free pass. Excuse me 'probation'. Then when caught driving on a suspended license - AGAINST the rules of her probation - DID she go to jail? No. Once again, a free pass. The average Joe w/o great high priced agents (attorneys)? Jail - immediately.
However, she did have to sign a piece of paper (I wouldn't have) that she now knows she can't drive under a suspended license. What was her atitude? F'n u - i'll drive drunk and i'll do what i want.
So she got caught driving w/ a suspended license. Then after crying in a 'special jail cell' the sheriff let her go - AGAINST the orders of the court.
So now she has to serve 45 days - big f'n deal. Get over it.

She deserves to be in jail just like anyone else who drinks and drives. The only thing that makes her any different from "normal" people is that not only can she afford a cab...she can afford to hire a limo.
And no I don't take a cab, I don't drink at all.

why do you think she should be above the law. It doesn't matter if the judge or anyone else does the same. Anybody else who gets caught driving drunk with a suspended liscence would do the same time. Why should she not have to because she is rick and famous. That is the double standard.

so they could let her go with nothing when if u get that u would be in jail its the right thing to do is to send every one who does some thing wrong to jail for the same amount of time not just 3 days for a celeb. she needs to be there for 45 days. And when she gets out she will make xxx movies like she all ways does.

Yep! I'm happy now.
Don't hold all those names back. Report them to the police and to local news media ASAP. We certainly wouldn't want poor, poor Paris to be lonely in jail.
Next time, and I hope there is no next time, if she gets probation and public service, maybe she'll do that and keep her over-priviledged backside out of jail.

I'm praying that you are purposely trying to incite people to respond to your question, however...I could be wrong.
You are correct to assume that many people drink and drive, including police officers and other law enforcement officials. They too will have to stand before a judge and be sentenced. Not only was she drunk, but her license was suspended as well which shows a pattern of bad driving habits.
I have no pity for someone who could easily have had someone pick her up to take her home.

I am so happy she is back in jail! She is, unfortunetely, a person many young girls look up to. They need to know there are consequences for our actions. She is not above the law!

If you aren't commiting CRIMINAL offenses, you don't run the risk of getting thrown in jail. You, my dear ought to be ashamed of yourself for suggesting that a drunk driver should NOT be imprisoned. If she had killed someone, all of her family's wealth couldn't have brought back the victim. Not everyone who drinks and drives gets caught but those who do need to be accountable for their actions. Paris needs a lesson in accountability. So do you.
