Church incense is usually resin based (frakincense, myrrh, benzoin, copal, etc). Frankincense and myrrh is the most popular blend. It can be gotten at most church supply houses. This link is not to a church supply house, but "Three Kings" and "Trinity" resin incense can be gottten here:

Note that resin incense has to be burned on charcoal.

Catholic incense is a granulated aromatic resin, obtained from certain trees in Eastern and tropical countries, especially from those of the terebinth family.

When sprinkled upon a glowing coal in the "censer", it burns freely and emits an abundant white smoke of very fragrant odor.

Various spices are sometimes mixed with the resin to increase its fragrance.

Any church supply store should be able to sell you some. Here is one example: http://www.catholicsupply.com/churchs/incense.html

I heard they use frankincense and myrrh.

You can do a search online for it. There are tons of online stores that sell it.

Another nice one to try is nag champa... it's my favorite.
