I wouldn't- alcohol thins your blood. It may affect clotting after the surgery tomorrow (depending on how long it takes for your body to be completely rid of alcohol in your blood).

presuming that the appointment isn't first thing in the morning, a unit of alcohol is about the most i would suggest having. too many possible adverse effects to risk drinking really.

Drink all you want!
All the anesthesia will do is make you so sick it'll take a week to recover.
If you can't go thru 1 night without alcohol, then, you need more help than an oral surgeon can provide.

The alcohol can actually make your mouth more sensitive so you will have MORE pain from the extractions than if you stay sober tonight.
