Yes, but you'd be too dead to enjoy it.

you'd be dead in about 3 days..... you could not live on a 200 calorie a day diet and who has the TIME to jog 4-5 hours a day? That would be murder on your knees and the bottoms of both feet..... You need at LEAST 2000 calories per day which is 10 TIMES what you said. If you ate 6 TINY meals a day rather then 3 regular sized ones and ate PROPER diet foods--(veggies, fruit, 3-4 OUNCES of meat (fish or chicken) rather then the 8-12 normally served per meal and limited the carbs but ATE them within the confines of those 6 TINY meals, and then walked for an HOUR or jogged for an HOUR a day, you would find that your weight would come off rather rapidly... trick is to raise your metabolism and you can't do that by starving yourself ---BUT, if you eat 6 TINY meals each day, your body is always working on those little amts of food and therefore, building up your metabolism....people who limit their food intake DO lose weight fast, but once they start eating again, they put it on PLUS EXTRA POUNDS because they have slowed down their metabolism so much by not eating.

I ate 400 calories a day and like 2 months into it my body literally shut down and i fainted all the time and started seeing blood in my spit you just cant do it your body is somthink to treat with respect which i have learned im slowly getting my calorie intake higher and i still loose weight im up to 800 calories a day and trying to get to 1000 i just want you to understand whats at stake when you do those things. Any person who eats 1200 calories and exercises 4-6 day a week will see results just give it time you did not gain it overnight so you aint gettin rid of it that fast either. Please be healthy hope this helps

My guess is that if you ate only 200 calories a day and excercised for 4-5 hours a day, you would probably die fairly soon, you sound like you are probably quite young, therefore take advice from your parents. you should be consuming considerably more than 200 calories just to stay healthy, so much excercise (if you could keep it up) would require more

Yes loads I think you would die, I thought the calories for normal inactivity is 1,500 for a woman for a man 2,000 and jogging 4-5 hrs would take loads more. Either that or your body would cling on to every bit of fat it could so if you took another 50 calories more your body would balloon up.

Yes, but you'd also be dead:

-The usual 'diet' contains 1,200 calories.
-When one gets to their desired weight they can maintain it by eating 1,500 calories.
-People not on diets eat from 2,000 to 2,500 calories--depending on gender and frame/build.
-People who eat more than 2,500 calories are probably unhealthy and/or very much overweight.

Jogging for 4-5 hours per day is overdoing it. Jog for an hour in the early AM, then maybe again in the evening.

Check out books on Yoga and Aerobics from the library. You might want to check out books on caloric intake, diets, and jogging.

you would lose about 7 pounds and then your metabolism would shut down and you would not lose anymore weight and the weight that you had already lost would be water weight. You cannot survive very long on 200 calories a day.

methinks you already know the answer to that question.
it takes a deficit of 3500 calories to lose a pound.
if you require 2000....

2000- 200= 1800.
1800+ how many you'd burn jogging = total amount of calories burnt.
it is more probable that at some point during this regime you would collapse and end up in hospital.

You would lose a lot of weight. However that is not enough calories to eat to exercise for long periods of time. If you are young you can build up your endurance so you can exercise longer and longer. But you do need to eat. Why don't you try eating normally and exercising and see how much weight you lose?

You'd probably die! If you jogged 4-5 hours a day...... your body would need probably 3-4000 calories a day!
