exercise is the best answer to this one - add some exercise into your diet - this may mean you might have to up the amount of calories you are consuming but your body will adapt to the exercise and i promise you - you'll break this plateau

you need to apply a overload either exercise slightly harder e.g. more reps or heavier weights if its cardio do something different bike, run or get a personal trainer like me. you need to change your workout in some way because your body gets used to it. what are you doing at the mo? email me and I'll try to help.

Start a log or a record. Start working out harder (increase weight, run faster, etc.) and start a larger calorie intake. Toy with your calorie intake until you can log changes.

First of all you need some education. Start with spelling. I am not kidding. Get your dictionary and look up the words you don't know. Study them. Once you conquer something you'll feel lots better.
THEN start on a diet.

Just stick to your current diet and you should start to lose weight again. Good luck.
