Can REVENGE help balance karma? Or is the potential for effects on the innocent likely to make things worse?

Revenge can never balance karma. Revenge in itself is a negative, selfish act and has its own consequences. Sometimes karma takes a long time. Sometimes it isn't obvious, or not what you would like to have happened, but it does work.

It can only balance Karma if you have too much good Karma - and it's starting to piss you off! ;);)
