Just a guess, maybe he felt like he wasn't getting any closer to you after hours on the phone. Guys with a little experience know that it isn't a good idea to wait around too long when they don't have enough indication that you like them. There really isn't any way to know without getting him to tell us. Good night!

People don't just "run away" as you call it, for nothing.....they always have their reasons....they may not wish to share those reasons & sometimes don't even know themselves "why" they just know they don't want to stay around any longer.

Best that someone goes' if that's what they want to do....surely you wouldn't want someone with you that didn't want to be.........

If it's happeneing a lot to you that guys tend to "run away" then maybe you need to look carefully at what's going on within these relationships, try to look for a pattern somewhere & find out why these guys feel the need to leave your life without so much as an explanation.

It's true that we all at times can attract the wrong type of people into our lives, but there comes a time when we really need to be looking at ourselves in order to find out the problem.

He probably found you physicaly attractive, but after getting to know you he realised you didn't have the character he liked in a woman. Men like women who are more than what they appear to be on the surface. They like women who tease and have fun with them, as well as understanding them. You should possibly look at the way you act with men after you have become interested. It may be that you arent fun to be around because you are too anxious about keeping the relationship going.

Odd isn't it. Usually its because someone else wasn't available and when that person becomes available, they dive right in and leave you wondering whats happened. He was probably genuinely wanting to like you but just liked this other person more. Bloody inconsiderate but easier than having a conversation with you about it.

hey same thing happened to me!!!
it's because when guys realize they have found something as good as that it scares them. guys are cowards with their feelings and when their feelings become so strong they don't know how to handle them.. so they run away from them.
