Possible, because sperm is a protein. Go see an Allergist who will perform a skin test or a RAST test (Allergen-specific IgE antibody test). Typically, immune deficiencies are not related to human contact. Most of the time allergies are either seasonal or perennial (year-round). Seasonal are associated with pollens, perennial, are things like molds and dust mites. As humans, we are more prone to dog and cat allergies. It is not common to have an allergic reaction toward humans.

If it bothers you try not to swallow.

On a serious note sperm has been shown to have adverse reactions in humans. It usually results in abnormal growth then manifests itself as a mini human. It takes at least 18 years of daily treatments to manage this disease. Even then sometimes they return when you least expect them for life.

You can be allergic to anything. Sperm is basically proteins and lots of people have allergies to foods, such as dairy products and protein-enriched foods.

I doubt it, but if your partner is taking a medicine that you are allergic to, you can react from it then.
