A friend and I are thinking about going to the UK for a short break in late July. Since we only have a few days, we'd fly there from our respective home towns. It doesn't really matter what city we end up as we just want a bit of Britishness around us :o) Any ideas?

Ryanair don't fly from Stuttgart. The nearest airport for them is Karlsruhe-Baden
Try Air Berlin. They fly to Stansted and Manchester from Berlin and Stuttgart
