How old are you? It's not normal to be in a relationship for 3 months and not have kissed. Ask him what's going on.

umm i don't think so... because if he loved ur or still liked you he would try to kiss you and be nice and all that stuff and if he hasn't kissed you...i think you need to talk to him.
