I just finished my 2nd year of college YESTERDAY. I've been really stressed and in the last two months, have been sick almost everyday. I've had ear infections, a yeast infection, 3 badder infections, bad case of nause (alomst constant). I love to eat but half way through my meal, i'm grossed out. My throat gets really soar and my lips get really swollen, red, and the peel. I told my doctor about the bladder infections and he wants to run some tests, but i have a feeling my body is going crazy because of all the stress from school and getting engaged. What should i do? Is it normal to have 3 bladder infections is a month? What could be wrong with me? Is it just STRESS?!? Please help.

let your doctor run the tests, no it isn't normal to have three bladder infections in a year, let alone a month....and no stress doesn't cause them.

Stress can cause some of your symptoms, like the nausea, yeast infections... But I don't believe it causes the bladder infections.
I also used to get them a lot, and here is what the doctor told me, (WARNING, TMI...) urinate before and after sex, wipe front to back and wear as much cotton underwear as possible.
Your doctor wants to run those test for a reason, so go ahead. Unfortunately, sometimes these things can be associated with STDs, so make sure you and your fiancee have an open conversation.
I hope you get to feeling better and good luck with everything!

Actually, everything you've described sounds quite common for someone who has been smoking for 27yrs. and quit cold turkey. Keep in mind that it's going to take some time for all that nicotine to get out of your system. Right now your body is not happy with you, so in retaliation, it's going to try and make you so miserable that you give in to it's desires and put some more nicotine back in. You can treat your with-drawl symptoms with over the counter meds and plenty of rest. By the way - congratulations and good for you for kicking the habit! I hope you can stick with it & good luck!
