no my Friend had it done and was bruised and very sore for weeks after it was done.

there are risks inherent to any surgical procedure, and lipo is a surgical procedure. A good surgeon with alot of experience can minimize the risks, but cannot eliminate them and he will be the first one to tell you that.
You have to find a good experienced surgeon, and then decide if the risk is worth it to you.

yes its safe if you go to a good doctor (not a cheap one)

But it's a stupid procedure.. you're better off losing the fat by working out / eating healthy.. and its free that way

No my aunt had it done and they twisted one of her intestines somehow. She was very close to dying. And her medical bills were close to a million dollars.

Stop eating candies, cakes, pastries. Cut most meat out of your diet. Exercise (walking is good). Good luck.
