I just got this pill prescribed to me today. Wow, the pill is gigantic. I will probably have to have it in two halfs.

Yes, they are horse pills. You should call the pharmacy though before you cut it in half to make sure it doesn't interfer with the intended delivery of medication.

Its a common antibiotic and the pills can be rather large. I suggest putting water in your mouth and then swish the pill round with the water. This should make it easier to swallow.

Yes, I have had it before. It is an antibiotic and try to swallow it whole as I think it will probably be very bitter on the inside.

Ha! Yes! I hate it - it is one of the freaking biggest pills I've ever seen.

Make suer you eat a little something with it or drink milk with it - it tends to upset stomachs.

Yes we've taken amoxicillin several times and it's good. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids. I think this can give you a yeast infection if you don't.

Yeah, they are huge! Not to say you're taking them but I wish someone had told me way back when - be aware that they can reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills...

I've taken it before. It is an antibiotic and it worked fine for me.
and I don't remember the pills being all that huge... but if you need to break it, it's up to you.

amoxicillin is used for any bacterial causing infection. it is very common for cold sicknesses and things like that. It is a big white pill though....

it depends on the dosage that the doctor gave you on what size pill it will be. amoxicillin is just a form of penisillun.

big ol pink pill isnt it? 875mg? yeah I had to take them for an ear rupture on time. I was on them for about 20 days. horse pills but they work.
