Legal Immigrants may take the first two years of ROTC, but are not eligible for a scholorship.

Foreign residents on the approved State Department list of countries, may take the foirst two years of ROTC.

The Professional Officer Course, the last two years of ROTC is limited to US Citizens only.

JrROTC in highschool has no requirements.

You have to be a US Citizen to be an Officer in the US Military.

Army ROTC opportunities are given in the high schools, colleges/universities.

If you are "currently" in school, then all you have to do is request for this class.

The Army ROTC are not in all the schools. The schools also have Air-force ROTC. It's all depending what township you live in.

Here is a link for you to get direct information referencing ROTC.

Good Luck.....

Nope, there is no citizenship requirement. If you want to contract, though, that may be a different case. The best place to go for more info is this website: http://www.goarmy.com/banner/28/banner.jsp?bnrcd=9199-ITBP-R1NA-04012007-28-07021-SEARCH

you can drill as a Green Card holder. However, you cannot contract or become an Officer unless you are a Citizen.
