People always claim that US soldiers are dying for "our" freedom. I guess Paris Hilton should thank them tremendously for her freedom to mock US justice and responsiblity....and to give her a chance to kill someone drunk driving.

I think Paris should be sent to Iraq for her 45 days to see how the people who are defending her freedoms live.

People worry more about Paris Hilton for a number of reasons. Some people simply have a short attention span. Some people have been trying to change things for so long, with so little effect, that they've given up. And some people are just following President Bush's advice post September 11, 2001, by hitting the mall. In my opinion, the moment GWB sent troops to Iraq on a mission to overthrow Saddam Hussein, it was too late to change course. If we leave without a stable government to run Iraq, it will collapse, and the U.S. will lose face in the international community. But if we stay, soldiers die for no gain. I know which choice I think is better, but I don't know if I'm right.

I totally agree! Why in the World would they let Paris Hilton out of Jail?! Come on! House Arrest?! Are you kidding me?
That little t*r*amp needs to be sent back to prison. She will never learn! It's like spoiling or not punishing a child early in their life, they won't learn to behave, and Paris won't learn NOT to drink and drive.

What happened? Did Paris Hilton give the judge a sexual favor?! I wouldn't doubt it! I'll bet thats why he let her off on house arrest so that he probably could "get some." Paris, you belong behind bars, and learn to be punished for your actions! You are not a young child! Yet You get a small slap on the wrist!?

I'll bet she'll go and drink and drive again, and then the same things will happen. Her sentence will probably be cut in half or something. They said she was crying in prison, and that's part of the reason she was let out. Big whoop!!! She needs to pay the price, if you can not do the time do NOT do the crime!

She needs to learn that these slaps on the wrists are not that common, and that freedom isn't free, and it comes at a price. I think that maybe she should go and see Iraq, and see what U.S. Army Soldiers are getting put through!

God Bless our Soldiers!

Nicely stated! I agree with you 100%. The public is getting tired of the young rich and famous actresses and actors getting drunk or on drugs, breaking the laws, and getting away with it.

Back in the day...If a famous person were to do such things...they would lose credibility and not get work...I think that hollywood should push aside these trouble makers and make room for others that want to make it in the industry and not take it for granted!

To miss Hilton...thanks for wasting our tax dollars on driving drunk, and violating your probabtion...on purpose!

Well, since she was just taken back to jail, I guess they're fighting for OUR freedom -- from Paris Hilton!

Yup, US Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, and Airmen die every day so that misguided idiots can burn the flag, say horrible things about our nation, and protest at the funerals of KIAs. We die so that Congress can indulge their pork-barrel fantasies and so that the media can continue to spread disinformation. We die every day so that uneducated and unconcerned Americans can make wrong-headed decisions about where our nation is going, collectively, what our policies should be, and who should be accountable for our mistakes. We die every day so Americans can abuse and take for granted the freedoms guaranteed to them by our Constitution. We die because we care, and because we believe that our great nation is improved by our service and that we set an example that others will (hopefully) follow.

If you won't stand behind our troops, feel free to stand in front of them.

How true. Paris doesn't get it. Jail is not suppose to be plush and comfortable. If she is sooooo sick let the prison doctors take care of her....in her cell. I wonder....how much did she pay the sherrif to let her out??

"After the ruling, Paris was screaming to her mother as she was taken from the courthouse “it’s not right!”

She reportedly cried throughout the whole hearing."

Oh glorious American justice system, i take my hat off to you, now her sentence is the full 45 days. She was Crying ROFL.

She is a complete numpty! A spoiled, selfish, talentless, not very bright silver-spooned diva. I say send her away for 10 years and throw the key away,
