Thru a relationship with Jesus Christ!

1. God LOVES you and offers a wonderful PLAN for your life.

"God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life"

Why is it that people are not experiencing the abundant life?

2. Man is SINFUL and SEPARATED from God. Therefore, he cannot know and experience God's love and plan for his life.

Man Is Sinful
"All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"

3. Jesus Christ is God's ONLY provision for man's sin. Through Him you can know and experience God's love and plan for your life.

"God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us"

4. We must individually RECEIVE Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; then we can know and experience God's love and plan for our lives.

"As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name"

The obedience of Christ that is counted by God as our obedience was both passive- on the cross, bearing the penalty for our sin; and active- perfectly doing the will of God the Father.
Christians inherit, as heirs with Christ, the Holy Spirit, new life, heaven, adoption as sons, and forgiveness, just to mention a few of the benefits of being a child of the living and true God.

So you aren't actually asking a question, but preaching at the rest of us. If I burn in Hell for not being a Christian, then I'll forever have a smile on my face. Because I found peace in my religion, and frankly if I'm going to be punished for it then bring it on. I'm not going to participate in a religion that I don't believe, no matter how much I'm promised or warned about the consequences.
That's what makes a person happy and gives meaning to their lives. Knowing what is right for them.

Really... when I tried that it brought me guilt, shame, and a really bad attitude toward Non-Christians. Then it brought me disbelief and eventually feelings of betrayal toward my parents for telling me this stuff was true.
