If God was a girl, she would have admited how messed up this world is and pulled over and asked for directions by now.

No, there is no way to tell outside of what is written in the monotheistic holy scriptures.
There is a god-figure above God, however and that figure is both male, female, hermaphrodite, and non-sexed. It is the extreme of everything and lacks any type of definition.
To place any definition on the supreme god would be to delete some of its potential. example: if God is good, then God cannot be evil or indifferent. Therefore, God cannot do evil deeds. If there is something that God cannot do or be, then God is not all-powerful and, therefore, is not God.
The concept that most people think of as "God" is really just a simplification of the supreme god so that they can wrap their finite mentalities around something infinite.

Funny, but gendering the Christian God is really a waste of time. Gender is one of our lenses to view the world, and especially in English it's hard to discuss something without giving it a Gender. It just feels so impersonal.
Consequently, while the Bible uses a great deal of marital/sexual imagery to discuss the relation between Jesus (whose masculinity isn't really in question) and the Church (characterized as feminine), there isn't really a need to make God male or female.
I know the text uses he. I think many Christians would be saddened if you couldn't see past sex, or even gender, when considering the omnipotent creator of the universe.

That does sound like a woman. Then again, my phrase is, your wish is MY COMMAND. Get it; my command becomes your wish. Ha, ha.
However, no one is sure of anything, except that there is a Creator our Lord. We know that for sure because of what we feel inside, and we all talk to something in there. As well as, there was a beginning, so something had to create us. How much interaction it has with humans is up to you to decide.

Considering all the original Hebrew texts for the Old Testament used a mixture of male, female and gender neutral pronouns to refer to God, I'd say the concept of God being exclusively "male" is a relatively new one.
God is beyond petty physical limitations such as gender.

There is a 50/50 chance "God" is a girl if we truly were made in his/her image and genetics is a gift of the gods as well as a "tool" of Satan. Love your whimsey and anyway, I'm a Pagan whom also gives a listening ear to our atheist/agnostic contingent as the jury is still out on afterlife. I take my beliefs on faith as my internship at the Vulcan Science Academy dealt with logic rather than instinct or "racial memory." Have seen some guys handle the guilt trip lightly through the tulips as well as any gal and not all of them qualify for the LBGT hall of fame either.

ha good point, i dont believe in god, but if there was one, then id guess it would be neither a he or a she, or anything that we no of, god would probably not even have a physical form or anything like that, i think since the bible was written in a time period that was very anti-woman and no women real had rights etc. that the idea of god not being man was just not considered.

WOW! under and hour and over 70 answers! So God's gender is the hot topic. Strange.
God created 'man' in his image, as in 'mankind.' The union of a man and woman is closer to the image of God than either one alone, in my humble opinion.

God is a spirit person and as such doesn't have a flesh and blood body. So he is neither male nor female.
(1 Corinthians 15:50) 50 However, this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit God’s kingdom, neither does corruption inherit incorruption.

On the real God has no gender, cause he never had a body. But we just say he cause it's in the bible that way. NO man/ woman can honestly answer that question with male or female.
