I am a boy and have freaky hair .In someplaces my hair is 8 or 9 inch long and other places my hair is 5 inch long is there any hair product that makes my hair longer [ not haircut] in those place or makes my hair grow faster

Step out on a limb and just get your hair cut into a cool hairstyle. Don't be scared. Most girls hate scrungy looking hair. A flattering style can really bring on the attention!!

just get it all cut to the shortest length if you dont like it. and yeah, it could be layers....
