I don't think about said sins on a daily basis. I suppose there are no 'worst' sins. They could all be equally as damaging.

The seven deadly sins, lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy, and pride were first identified as "mortal" sins by Pope Gregory the Great in the 6th Century. The list was later popularized by Dante in The Divine Comedy and by other authors and artists beginning around the 14th century. Throughout the ages, these sins have been considered to be the "worst-of-the-worst"...and if unforgiven, a one-way ticket to Hell.
Although I don't believe in Hell, I do believe in hellish conditions, actions, and traits. If you think of all that is truly wrong or deplorable about our modern world...war, sex offenses, murders, oppression, prejudice, inequitable distribution of wealth and resources, etc...each can be traced back to one of the Big Seven. So, yes. I do believe they are alive and well and affecting our day-to-day life.
I have no way of calculating which sin is "worse." I suppose it is the one that is most directly affecting your own personal life. I don't, however, believe that people are as conscious of the list as they use to be, mainly because formal religious training is not as prevalent in families as it was in the past. Because of that, I think that the "fear factor" has been removed and that these actions are much more acceptable as normal behavior today.

The seven deadly sins apply to all generations. Lust and Avarice are always prevalent, just look at the ever booming porn industry. The oil company's are exhibiting greed with the ever rising gas prices. Many people especially young girls Envy their favorite pop star. Watch the news and you'll see that Anger still exists.Gluttony is pretty obvious with the high rate of obesity in both The US and Europe. Sadness and Pride are more personal sins.

The idea that the sins are "deadly" is never expressed in the Bible. It's rooted in Catholic history and theology but the church hasn't actually believed that those sins will damn someone for centuries.
I'd say the most prevalent in our society today is gluttony (especially in America) with greed as a close second. But they're all up there. Lust is pretty popular too.

if anyone thought they were "deadly" then they would not do it
todays biggest offenders (in my opinion)..
greed: thank you hollywood for setting the bar such that we need to buy things we dont need just because you want them etc..
Gluttony..:look at all the fat people out there
Sloth: Look at all the fat lzy people out there who never turn off their Playstations, or never log out of World of Warcraft etc..
Envy (which probably goes along w/ Greed in this case, after all the "stars" set the bar, people as consumers envy someone for having that "ipod" etc..so run out and buy it..
I think Pride is probably the only one on the list that's NOT an issue..So many people's appearance of pride is more or less a result of their short comings, so they are'nt proud they are dealing w/ inferiority.. (or maybe that DOES make it an issue).

the seven deadly sins are now an integral facet of alot of peoples lives - they can't seperate it from any moral standing whatsoever. When they realize this (that's if they ever do), that's when they die and ask for God.

If they were truly deadly... the towels would be clean and I'd die on average three times a day, from one sin alone.

The worst of the deadly sins is pride and as the good sisters taught pride dies several minutes after our corpse is laid to rest in the grave.
