my current boyfriend has a problem when he gets drunk. we've been together for 1 year now and well one time we both got really drunk and said somethings and he spit on me.. now i find this completely degrating and not acceptable so i punched him and gave him a fat lip that he had for about 2 weeks.. well yesterday everyone went out except for m because im painting his bathrrom and i wanted to finish.. besides i dont care much for hooters.. and well he got home drunk and i waiting for him to get out of the shower so he could say goodbye to me and walk me to my car well i pissed him off some way some how i have no idea and as he was walking away he spit on my car, so i called him and told him to do an instant reply.. well he contemplated and then spit in my car... then proceeded to running in the house.. i called him back, didnt hit him this time, asked him if he had any selfcontrol when he's drunk he said no i told hiim he disgusted me and to get out of my car...

he called me today acting like nothing happened.. but i was very dry and hung up fast. is his excuse for being drunk a good one?? im ready to walk away but i dont know if this is worth it.. he's a very good guy with a heart of gold. never cheated on me and ive never had to worry about anything like that.. this is the only guy thats ever treated me this great.. besides the spitting.. now never in my life has anything like that ever happened to me.

If he has a heart of gold he will mend his ways when you explain to him that is is really hurtful to get spat on.... if he does not change his ways in this, you will leave him... is that something he wants? just ask him and tell him. it's no good agonizing over this. Just ask him to please not do it again beacause you really dont want to be spat on... does he spit on his boss?, mother? brother? neighbour?....

Leave him now, girl. Don't know how old you are but this guy is bad news and a lot of heartache.
A little drama can be fun but this guy sounds like a ******* loser and an alcoholic in the making.
No guy should spit at you or your belongings. Eventually he will become phsically abusive, you watch, if you are foolish enough to stick around.
