Depends on the way your hand is constructed and the thickness and size of the fretboard. Most people have a lot of trouble with a full C Major chord:
String Number / Fret Number
6/3 5/3 4/2 3/0 2/1 1/0
But others have trouble with the b Major chord
Barre the Second fret with the first finger
4/4 3/4 2/4
If one finger is particularly long or short, it could give you a distinct advantage or disadvantage when it comes to fingering a particular chord.
Regarding the A11:
The eleventh tone is simply a 4rth above the dominant seventh, so realistically you can cover an A11 by playing
6/0 5/0 4/2 3/0 2/3 1/0
The Dominant seventh (G) is the open third string. The eleventh (D over G) is the third fret of the second string. You have a simple A11 with no stress or strain. This may not be the optimum voicing for every circumstance, but it is functional and fairly easy to reach in almost any situation.
The hardest chord to play is the one that causes your own particular hand to stretch and strain to reach. Usually, the same chord can be played in another position or with a modified stance (barred, placed in another inversion, or placed up the neck with one or more strings muted) so that the chord can be reached in a more reasonable manner. Hope this helps.

its hard to explain how to do a chord in written words. you need visuals. go on youtube and search how to do a power chord (probably the most common chord in pop/punk/rock/mainstream music). if its sounding wrong and your fingers are right.. try tuning your guitar.. and make sure your fingers are arched so they are not muting the other strings, also make sure your press your fingers down hard close to the frets to get the best sound with out buzzing or muting of the notes.

It's a tossup between the 11th chords and the 13th chords. Both require some difficult maneuvering.
