I have a long column of "yes" and "no" on worksheet1 range (C2:C50). On worksheet2, I have a blank cell (B1) that I'm trying to put the if-then statement into that will evaluate the range on worksheet1. I'm trying to get it to understand that if there are any "no's" in the range, then cell (B1) will equal yes. Is it possible for it to evaluate that many cells at one time, or do I have to write the if-then statement for each cell in the range?

I've read the help screens, but there are no examples evaluating a range of cells, nor do they evaluate cells from another worksheet.

Oh, and I only have excel '04.

Thanks for any help!!!
Amy

Spreadsheet Goal Seeker from Jabsoft strengthens the goal seek function of Microsoft® Office Excel®, allowing you to obtain goal seek solutions in one or multiple cells, or in one or multiple spreadsheets at one time, simply by configuring the Spreadsheet Goal Seeker's wizard. It performs multiple recalculations automatically.

I don't know if this helps but I type in what i am trying to do on excel and read all the highlighted words and see which one comes closest to what I am trying to do.
