Need remodeling a bedroom help!!!?

ok so im 14 and i want a sophisticated room that shows that im not a little girl anymore. my room is liike 2 small rooms, a room then when you walk straight there's a wall with a door in the middle. (we added it on) any color scheme ideas?????

Pick color one, two, and three. [ say, blue, green, and yellow ].
Get a print [ flowers, stripes, plaid, quilt, etc. ] in several colors you like [ blue, green, and yellow ]
Use print for bedding, drapes, and accessories such as pillows., chair cushions.
Paint first room color 3 [ yellow ], with color 1 [ blue ] trim.
Paint second room blue, with yellow trim.
Put green carpeting in both rooms.
Add blue, green, or yellow accessories in both rooms.

try painting the wall and the door one color. this will cause the door to disappear . any color is good but i would avoid white. think vibrant and hit your nearest home depot. head for the oops paint, most of it is bright colors people only thought they wanted. you will get top quality paint for about five dollars a gallon compared to 30.00 dollars. the room before the door wall, could be a great little cozy room for tv, computer, etc. make it a soft color, blue, yellow or any pastel. be careful of pink, it can look like pepto bismol if too dark. good luck and have fun.
