Violations of state/county ordinances+ codes. Need the state and county to be more specific.
205.30 comes back in NY as resisting
120.20 Reckless endangerment in the second degree

I am surprised that the charges are not speled out more clearly.
Thats quite a list. You need to post your state at least , and some idea of the circumstances may help. Any police officer or DA in your area should be able to explain all those.

Do a websearch using those codes and your state name with your state criminal code or vehicle code and you should find the answer!
