I don`t know if i should tell my social worker some problems i have in life?

im lost in life i dont know if i should talk to my social worker about some of the problems im having with family and friends, i dont where i stand and i feel like whereever i go its a dead end!!!
I NEED SOME ADVICE

Write a list of all the good things and bad things in your life. Some good things are bad sometimes so write about what they are now, when you write them.

Keep a journal. It helps a lot actually, especially after a few weeks.

Chin up. We all feel lost sometimes so you are not alone.

I'm not really sure what your social worker could do for you, but it sounds like you need to talk to someone, a shrink is usually good for that, or a really close friend

find someone you trust and tell them about your problems

If you feel the need to talk to someone then tell the social worker. No need to keep it all inside. If they are causing you grief, then don't go around them any more. LOL, when my mom is giving me hassles (I'm over 40), I just step aside and don't talk to her until I calm down.

Your social worker is there for a reason. To listen, to help you cope and to come up with strategies that make your life more successful. So yes, open up to him or her and get the help that you need. That simple.

I say tell your social worker whats going on She can't be as effective in helping if she doesen't have all the information
